It’s the most wonderful time of the year! It’s also the most germy time of the year. The holiday season is upon us, and along with the cheer, merriment, and festivities, we have to deal with holiday gatherings full of germy family members. You just NEVER know what you might catch! I can vividly (ugh) remember sitting at Thanksgiving dinner with my family when one of my nephews crawled under the table and started throwing up. 75% of us were sick within 24 hours. I swore I’d never eat sweet potato pie again. I didn’t keep that promise for long, but I DID keep the promise to try and make sure that never happened again by taking more precautions and just generally trying to be more healthy so my immune system wouldn’t be so susceptible to viruses and other yuckies.
Other than making sure you get enough sleep, lots of water, exercise, washing your hands–the best thing you can do to boost your immune system is boosting your vitamin intake. Some of the most important vitamins being C, B12 & B6.
Why are these 3 so important?
Vitamin C is important for its immune-stimulating effect, for example- it helps defend against infections such as common colds. It also acts as an inhibitor of histamine, a compound that is released during allergic reactions. Those are just very few of the amazing things it can do for your body.
Vitamins B6 and B12 aid the body in most efficiently using energy; they do so by playing an essential role when carbohydrates are converted into glucose. When you’re tired and bogged down, it’s so easy to become susceptible to illness. Plus, you just feel like junk.
You can get all of these vitamins in Ricola’s new Herbal Immunity drops. And they’re delicious. And free of GMOs, are all natural, and their main ingredient is glucose–which as I said above, is super essential.
The recommended use for children ages 4 and up is 4 drops daily for 7 days to maximize potency. So, week before Thanksgiving? Week before Christmas? Start your days off with a drop and hopefully it won’t be YOU yacking under the table. One can only dream!

I'm either "I HAVE 3 FRIES LEFT DON'T TOUCH MY PLATE!" or "Please take this so I can't eat any more of it!" There is no in-between.
Dear people writing articles on ways to get siblings to get along, I'll save you the time. The answer is "Don't let them play together"

I've gotten to the point where I'd let my kids summon a demon with a Ouija board before I'd let them play Monopoly together again.
